No Odds is a self-help tool for people concerned about their gambling. It isn't treatment, therapy, or an emergency service.

No Odds doesn't block gambling sites, apps, or payments, and it can't verify what you or anyone else does. It records what you tell it.

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Helplines and third-party tools are independent organizations. No Odds doesn't run them and isn't responsible for them.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service. If you are thinking about harming yourself, use Resources to find crisis support where you are.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
